The right preparation for a floor that lasts.
I inspect the surface before installation, identify movement or flatness problems, and explain what must be corrected. I do not cover defective subfloors and leave the problem for later.
Engineered wood
Floating, glue-down or nail-down installation according to the product and site conditions.
Laminate & LVP
Laminate, SPC, WPC, LVP and LVT with correct expansion space, layout and locking-joint care.
Custom stairs
Straight and curved treads, custom nosings, risers and detailed finishing for complex staircases.
Subfloor preparation
Flatness checks, repairs, plywood work, grinding and preparation before the flooring is installed.
Finish carpentry
Baseboards, door casings, transitions and trim completed as part of the flooring project.

Every tread, riser and nosing has to meet cleanly. Complex stairs require planning, accurate cutting and an installer who will not hide gaps with filler.
